awesome location. well appointed apartment. great parking.

Proximity to town. Could walk everywhere.
The only downside for us was how noisy it was when sitting on the deck even early morning. The view is beautifully but the noise of the traffic takes away from it. Nothing you can do about it.

Everything we needed to be comfortable and tour the island. Easy to walk to the town for food. Simple parking.
I was surprised how much noise there was from the road below during the day, for a small town. Too noisy to sit outside and enjoy the view. Luckily the big windows made that fine.

Location was excellent
The kitchen was great, had everything we needed
Shower pressure was not ideal
Hot water stopped after a while and turned to water. We had to adjust the hot water temperature to lower so we can continue to use.
It was April but the room was quite warm and I won’t rent it for summer as it doesn’t have air conditioning.

There was old dog poop (a couple of piles) behind the bbq on the deck,Was not able to use the bbq as the grills on the bbq were quite rusted, and not clean.There was also a use q-tip in the dresser and the inside of the dresser were not clean at all.

Traffic right outside the door was quite noisy, view from 101 was obstructed.
