Hi,
Upon arrival at der Steiermark we were unable to gain access to the apartment. We talked to the landlord but was unable to help.
We called the numbers on the booking confirmation but got no responses.
We were left with no option but to book into the hotel across the road.
The next morning we tried again without any luck.
We called vacasa help and spoke to a person who gave us a née code which worked.
I'm seeking a refund for the night missed.

Being locked out of the apartment after a transatlantic flight, with no help available on site or by phone.
After 5 days and multiple messages no has had the courtesy to get back to us about the situation or a refund.

horrible!!! very, very old property. There was no AC, windows were either broken & wouldn’t open or had no screens. No fans. Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. The balcony railing was rotting & not stable, very unsafe. The property is located on a very busy street and it was very noisy all night. Beds and bedding very old and dirty!!

Location and amenities of room totally great.
I've noticed that the cleanings fees are really ridiculous high. Between the cleaning and taxes it doubled the cost of the room. Not sure whom controls that needs to be looked at.

Love the convenience to the slopes, restaurants,shops.
Parking spot was awesome.
Love kitchen in room.
No dishwasher soap?
Not enough toilet paper 2 rolls not enough for 6 days.
Not enough paper towels.
Not enough trash bags.
We bought extra at store but thought it should be included?
Cleaned but not dusted.

You can’t beat the location. It’s just across the street from Peak 9 ski lift.
For the price paid ($1400 for 3 night), the microwave doesn’t heat the food much, the beds (queen bed and sofa bed) are not very comfortable, the humidifier doesn’t work. Only 1 towel per person for the entire stay; 1 wash clot; 1 hand towel. 😞

run down, drawer in kitchen completely missing, oven/stove had wood bannister on it- fire Hazzard!

I had to get a rep on the phone to walk me through the paperwork and provide the codes. A little frustrating but we made it through. The tub/shower upstairs did not drain while taking a shower. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
However, the location was amazing. We had easy access to the town which was fantastic!

The location was central to restaurants, entertainment and The Ski resort. The views from inside the condo included a river and the mountains. There was a fully stocked kitchen and fireplace. The balcony was amazing. The accommodation provided everything and more for an epic vacation.
The garage code to get in were wrong. I had to call several times to retrieve the correct one.

Parking permit wasn't in unit. On site staff got us one, but not before vehicle was stickered with difficult to remove notive. A note with a phone # would have been nice.

Everything was very good, other than the toilet issue
When we got there I took a leak and the toilet was plugged, I tried with plunger and no luck. Around 5pm I called and spoke to Raelyn, she said she would contact someone and let me know. Never heard back. Around 7pm I called and spoke to Chacka, she said she would contact someone and call me back, NEVER heard back. Around 9:20 I called back and spoke to Labrea, she said that the first 2 ladies called the wrong people. She stayed on the line with me till she confirmed someone would be there in 20 min. In 20 min help arrived ! I was very unhappy on service I received.

The tile on the kitchen counter had come off and was not replaced, the bathroom ceiling was patched and yellow from a leak, the bathtubs were peeling (the inside liner was coming off), there was no A/C, 90+ degrees and we were told to open windows. Only two windows opened in the entire unit and they opened only a couple inches. It was unbearably hot and our kids were supposed to sleep upstairs where the heat was stifling. We are from Texas so we know heat, if we couldn’t do it, imagine people not used to it. It had been closed up for who knows how long with no air circulation. If you turned on the overhead ceiling fan in the den, the lights also came on, if you wanted the lights off for bedtime, the fan also had to be off! There was a hole in the bathroom wall, one of the barstools was broken. It was awful!! We did not stay the night and will never book there again.

Many of the outlets in the condo did not work. The coffee maker does not work. The hot water ran out.
