New home and neighborhood, private bath, well-maintained, quiet neighborhood, access to laundry facilities.

Be aware that there are boarders living in the house. They don't always clean up their mess in the kitchen, so you likely will only use the kitchen to re-heat leftovers.

I was not able to access the room, but have still been charged for it. I went to the address listed on site, but apparently the real location was some totally different address and was informed after the booking was past. I scared a random family instead since I tried to enter their house, assuming it was the address that was provided.

As far as we know, there was no breakfast included.

No bedside lamps, shower was not working very well. No coffee or microwave in room and no TV. Based on these factors, we would say it was overpriced.

I liked the cleanliness, the hospitality and willingness of hostess to help.

A tv and coffee maker in room would be nice.

Location ok. Didn't stay to try breakfast.

Light in the bathroom didn't work, two receptacles in bedroom didn't work, none of the provided passwords to wi-fi worked.
