$50 charge each to use the pool when we were staying in the hotel??? Invoice said $10 fee to check in early but they told us it was now $30.

I like the location of the casino. Its located nar the shopping centers. Everything else was poor.

Coming in my room smelled like cigarettes. The comforter had a stain The shower when entered was dirty then it over flowed we had to complain at the front desk. Maintenance has to come and unplug the shower. And was not successful, then we reminded them. That housekeeping needs to come to clean up the shower.Housekeeping had unclogged thank god. The shower maintenance was not the one that fixed it. T.v remote was not working. And as we were leaving there was glass from previous customers that stayed there on the floor under the sink it will probably stay there I stepped on it. Room cost me $670 for 2 nights very expensive and my family stayed else where and were Bragging how great there hotel was. Also housekeeping never came to freshing up my room after our first night.

Lobby was beautiful. Hell's Kitchen was amazing, but that isn't a "Ceasar's Issue" but more to the credit of the Hell's Kitchen staff.

Room was loud. Loud music was playing over the lobby all night long and we overlooked the lobby, although we had no view. We were supposed to be in a tower room. Elevators were very confusing and too small, only two people could fit inside an elevator with a rolling suitcase each. Very high priced for a lousy place to stay.

Staff was not very helpful, they told us that they do not provide basic toiletries like toothpaste and water too even when asked from room service

The hotel and casino are very nice

Only once they cleaned the room, there were no clean towels, we could not have access to the pool because they charged extra and also my children of 15 and 16 could not enter, that did not say when I made the reservation.

Nothing ! Everything was below the standard that they advertised and the room that I got did not resemble what I saw in the pictures.

At check in the cheeky African American staff tried to con me by offering me an upgrade twice without letting me know that I would have to pay for it until I asked and when I politely declined I soon found out upon entering my room #886 that, that room almost had no window. It was a corner room nearer to the elevators but with a very small window like the ones you see in public housing estates.It was dark with worn out carpets and both mattresses were caving in considerably. I went down immediately and tried to get them to move me to room with a normal window but the next girl lied and said all their windows were that size. When I told her I had peeked into the next room whilst it was being cleaned she then apologised and said room change was not possible unless I paid for an upgrade! Also outside my room was the very noisy air conditioning plants and when I finally spoke to a relatively young supervisor he also declined the room change but upon insisting the then agreed to give me the next room that I had seen on the condition that no other room change would be possible under any circumstances! Very appalling staff and their behaviour, spacious but dark dirty looking rooms, not enough light in the room or the bathroom. Would NEVER go back to this hotel again. They need to employ staff that understand customer service and customer expectations when they pay quite a lot of money to stay in such sub standard hotels.

It was an ok room. Bathroom was clean. Generally, the location and the restaurants were great.

The bathroom toilet was stopped up . When we first got into the room. Called maintenance, they said would be there in the next hour, was over hour and called back someone came and did something. It worked. Went to dinner came back stopped up again.

There was too much renovation going on. What happened to all the stores on the pier and also your signature store wasn't open for business. Very disappointed.

I didn't like the room that was chosen for me because of the view. I was looking at scaffolding from the renovation being performed. I would have liked a window where I could see the daylight. Just wasn't happy.

The room was very comfortable and our room had a beach/boardwalk view - loved that!

The restaurants were a little pricey, but the food and drinks were excellent.
