Excellent staff & good location

issues with the electronic entrance key for first room to the point that another room had to be issued

No coffee at breakfast and no margarine or butter for pancakes or oatmeal. Told the lady at the front desk there was no coffee, and she asked if both carafes were empty. I let her know yes but she acted like she did not believe me. I waited and waited and no one ever came by to fill the carafes with more coffee. I then asked her if I could have a complimentary packet of coffee to take up to the room so I could make myself a small cup since rooms have small coffee maker but she said no they had no complimentary coffee packets. So we packed up and went down the street to get coffee.

How clean room was. How nuce they were

Staff were good. Convenient location within walking distance of the Space Centre. Room was clean and spacious. Laundry was cheap

Breakfast was nothing healthy at all!!!

The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.Location was excellent.

Wished there was more to the "breakfast menu". I liked my room but the only window opened under a covered area so no natural light was present.

The location is great.

There were smokers in non smoking rooms before us. The room was dark. We bought our breakfast at the gas station nearby because the breakfast was basically non existent.

Hot water was an issue the whole time. And the front desk not always there.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and everything worked.

The breakfast was very sparse. There were pancakes, oatmeal and yogurt. The coffee was not good tasting at all.
