The housekeeping staff are nice ..

Everything is portrayed as the guests problem. everything from broken amenities to spontaneous conundrums that occur organically at hotels. Even the literature is written as a weaponization against the guests. Most scenarios are totally unavoidable by a thymbol of proactively operating the property. Perhaps this type of business just isn't for some.....??

First off when I get there the night clerk is telling me I need to sign the back of my card. Then getbto the room tv doesn't work I call front desk to ask about it. And his response was they do that all the time and nothing he could do about it. I've stayed there multiple times and never had a problem til last night. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Location, water pressure, ease of check-in.

My only complaint is the TV channel selection. It's in a weird decimal format and doesn't have a lot of what I would call standard Channels.

The property was well kept and price was excellent.

The service of the front desk clerk upon arriving was rude and not friendly at all. He actually seemed annoyed with the customers.

Room was bigger than expected. Smoking was permitted in the room which is rare. Room & facilities were clean.

Hair dryer didn't work. Bed was lumpy & not very comfortable but better than the one I had the last time I stayed here.

There's a waffle house right behind it so it was good
