our AC wasn’t good so we had to go buy a fan which wasn’t that great. also I have been charged twice so hopefully one was just a cleaning deposit I’ll get back

Everyone was pleased with the rooms, also with the pool.

I liked that the staff was polite.

The room provided was not the room i booked. They said the room I booked was double booked. Refused to refund me. I only booked so i could have the massive tub so when I didn’t get the room I didn’t stay. Paid for a room I didn’t even stay in because they said they couldn’t refund me until booking.com released my reservation and there was no way for me to contact booking.com - will never use Booking.com NOR this hotel again.
