My stay was pretty good until I was ready to get in the world pool.

The whirlpool needs to be fixed.

Stay was great! We will definitely be back!!!

The location is awesome! Right across from the mall and tons of places to eat. Easy access to the Capitol and downtown.

MORE coffee in the rooms! (Not decaf!)

Garbage hotel. Do not book.

Nothing. ROOMS ARE NOT AS PICTURED. After 35 years of traveling, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Stay away. We rebooked into another hotel and didn’t even stay the night for fear of health concerns.

Rooms smell like smoke, mold, and dead animals. At the front desk, they ask for your card to charge you in case of damage or smoking. I laughed out loud when I walked I got the room. There is nothing you can possibly do to hand these rooms.

That breakfast guy, though!

The breakfast attendant was excellent! He even performed a sonof sunshine! sunshine!

The sink drain was a bit slow and the bathroom door was difficult to close. The keycards weren't reliable - always needed numerous swipes. This is a fine stay for those who need a bed and breakfast - but not necessarily for complainers

the value just wasn't there compared to the price. we expected more from a comfort inn

The bed was horrible. Really needed to be updated. The price was very high compared to the quality of the room. Won't choose to stay there again.

I felt very fortunate to have found such a good place to stay, with such a kind staff.

Breakfast was fine and I was pleased that it was available even at 4 am! Mostly, I want to thank the shuttle drivers, esp. Juan. They were all kind but he took me back to the airport to look for a lost wallet and was so thoughtful about it.

No complaints. I was pleased to stay there on such short notice (plane canceled after I arrived at the airport).

Didn’t disappoint! Clean, cozy and affordable and the best breakfast of our whole trip

Breakfast was awesome-it’s all in the details and the details were there: 3 types of juice, cream cheese for toast, got chocolate as an option, excellent waffles, Greek yogurt with fresh toppings!

Pool was clean and warm. Room was clean and cozy! No complaints
