Charged for parking - didn’t know up front until arrived

Breakfast was great but could change up the viraity of food choices

Very clean hotel near Union Station, in downtown LA. Walking distance to Dodgers Stadium

Nice, clean location. The room was great modern style and newly renovated. The property is well-kept and seems like a hidden gem hotel.

No complaints other people than the property manager were supposed to refund the parking, and I was never contacted. I had asked for a refund due to the front desk worker not having room key activated checking out late and the room not working while checking out having to go downstairs three times before I got a working key just so I could check out, and the elevators are ridiculously SLOW so that alone took thirty minutes.

Everything was clean, and toiletries were plenty available.

No trash bag in the trash cans. Small shower no doors.

Rooms were newly updated and super clean!

Appreciate the front desk getting us in the room a little before check in so we could nap the baby.
