Great location. Friendly staff for the most part.

they say it will be 24 hour service but after 10 PM nobody was at the front desk for hours. I had to be up early for the LA marathon and needed someone to open the kitchen to use the microwave. Nobody was able to help me.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. THE WIFI and TV very very good. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Free coffee every morning which was good. Friendly reception staff which made my stay happier. Also has a fridge in the room which is nice. Also room has a private terrace/small patio. Also bed was very comfortable.

Mainly the area, the hotel might look like it is close to downtown but there is really nothing around within walking distance, no bars or good restaurants. Only 1 liquor store so area is pretty dead. 15 min walking distance to downtown. Cleaning lady didn’t clean my room even though I put my sign outside the door all day about maid service. Also room was not fully clean I dropped remote and noticed small food leftovers under furniture which was a bit nasty. Considering the price of every night this should not happen.
