The beds are hard as a rock, the hot tub didn’t work and the pool was freezing.

Room was spacious and clean. Check in staff was amazing.

Bathroom shower grout was gross. Needs to be scraped out and replaced. Also when cleaning the jet tubs make sure that your housekeeping staff is filling them above the jets and running them with bleach while they are cleaning the rest of the room. And clean it last to throughly clean the jet tubs. The morning staff was more worried about checking her phone in the breakfast prep area where she had it charging than waiting on customers that was checking out .

We left and booked another Hotel. There was a gross smell when we walked in and got worse going to the room. NOT Quality the room was gross.
