Confusing to find building, room wasn’t ready until after 5pm, stains on bed sheets as well as a giant hair ball in one of the pillows… dishwasher was going when we arrived after 5 so I had to put the dishes away. Also the smell of deep fired fish was very present the entire stay.

Pool in different building, check in time

The pool and games room were pretty nice, the room was comfortable, clean and tidy.

We got an hour before the check in time and they said our unit would only be ready at the proper time. We went for a walk in town and we were back at the check in time and it wasn't ready yet. It took 40 minutes to have the unit ready for us. We ended up waiting inside the games room, but it was quite upseting having to wait as we were with small children and elderly people that were tired from the long trip. The receptionist was helpful but they didn't offer any compensation for that delay. Anything extra like bathing robes and cribs have to be paid apart.

Staff are very friendly

The room we stayed in was great having two bathrooms and two bedrooms along with a large kitchen. Our young kids loved the pool area.

We didn’t like the multiple complex’s and the fact we had to walk outside to another complex to get to the pool. Another issue was the above parking was not explained well.
