This is my favorite hotel in L.A

Property was clean and comfortable staff was nice

Didn’t like the bistro my husband felt cheated he only got 3 half slices of toast with his breakfast. He was what they do with the piece they cut to only give me a slice and a half of toast throw it away? And because they serve Starbucks coffee they didn’t have refills also he said it was so cold his food got cold before he even finished. He is totally a breakfast foodie. I on the other hand preferred to sleep in. And why are we having to pay for parking if we have to park our own car. If you are going to charge $20 bucks a day for parking you should at least have a valet.

20 dollars to park outside and have car get filthy per night is a joke. also only maid service every other night is a joke. should have been put in booking info. not happy at all.

Location was perfect for us as our son lives a few blocks away. Great breakfasts.

We were a little concerned that our room did not have a safe, When we travel we are used to having a secure place to put our passports and cash instead of having to carryall of it all around with us.

Very clean. Great shower head.

One of two elevators for 6 story building was broken from when we got to the property on Thursday about 6 pm until Saturday evening when we got back from a day of sightseeing. Beds not great.

The cleanliness, the value of the parking, the location. All great experience

Bistro prices and coffee bar prices were pretty high. If a basic breakfast with coffee could be available that would be a perfect stay.
