The location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable and the pool was shut down. Breakfast also did not taste the best.

Horrible room the refrigerator was on the floor and the microwave was too low,toilet was wobbling and shower was terrible dirty floors, and hallways.

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good.

Both the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation and I wasn't informed until I saw a sign at the front desk. However, I was still charged the full price for the room and for amenities that I couldn't use. Had I had this information in advance, I would have stayed at a different hotel in the area. Also, the vent fan in the bathroom didn't work, making it difficult to get ready the next morning due to the high humidity in the bathroom after our showers. When I mentioned this to the front desk at check out, I was 'happily' told that none of the vent fans in the hotel worked and they didn't know why.

Liked the size of the room

The hotel wifi was not working and I was there for business. The indoor pool was not available and that was something I was really looking forward too due to such a long trip. No discount on the room or refund was offered nor were any additional amenities substituted. No estimation on wifi working was provided either
