Staff were friendly, and room was comfortable and easy to get to. That's all I needed.

Location was a bit inconvenient when walking to restaurants. No sidewalks to make it easier. Couldn't charge any of my devices so I had to walk to walmart to get a usb wall charger. Room lighting was also a bit strange.

Old, outdated, smells horrible.

Even for the price it was really outdated, dirty and really disappointing. We literally found a DEAD bird under our bed while double-checking for belongings and the owner seem only semi concerned and didn't offer any sort of reimbursement or apology. He said they leave the doors open some times for fresh air. Sheetrock is visibly peeling, the lamp shade was literally crumbling apart. Random buckets are stacked up around the property. I'm incredibly kind and lenient and was just truly disappointed and embarrassed by the entire experience.

There was an additional surcharge beyond what I remitted to booking.com after I arrived. There was no breakfast available. And the place is run down and dirty.
