Front desk clerk was young and not very professional, needs better people skills, I was very disappointed with the breakfast, unlike previous times the breakfast was not well stocked each morning we were told that they were out of things, bread for toast,bagels, orange juice etc.

Very clean; staff really nice and beds so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Only negative is the pool was dirty & hot tub was broken, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Very nice room. Delicious breakfast. Our AC didn’t cool down the room. We told front desk when we checked out.

The room was very spacious! We had a ground floor room which was so convenient. Loved the soft pillows.

Our ONLY complaint....on Saturday morning, the kitchen attendant forgot to turn the steam table on and much of the food was cold.
