Very dirty. No facilities.

Clean room. Friendly check-in staff. Quiet upstairs in spite of the remodel below.

Upon leaving the maids directed us away from the working elevator, which I used 5 minutes earlier, to one that was used only by the construction/remodel crew and required us and our 2 very elderly family members to take a much longer and more difficult path out. The construction crew did their best to help us. We finally made it out just in time to get our 93 year old uncle his medication. Very tiring, stressful and unnecessary. I am following up why my credit card was charged significantly more than we were quoted via booking.com. Hard to find room because of lack of signage.

there were major building works taking place and it is basically a mess, stained carpets, no outside space, so forget waterside property

Very clean and the beds very comfortable

The room was newly-renovated and very clean and comfortable. The location is great.

Had problems with no hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. We could only choose a muffin and a bad cup of coffee. They were out of cereals and other breakfast options which was very disappointing. It was also annoying that we had to pay for parking.

The property was under some renovations around the building, but our room was basically new, it went under renovations but it was a comfortable stay, especially the beds .

Just overall, the fact they had some construction stuff around the property, which made it look messy. But that’s it.

New remodel is modern and looks really nice 😊

Being next to the waterfront makes for a beautiful backyard. Took long walks in the evening. Very comfy, clean.

The bed was super comfy. TV in room are huge.

No pool avail without notice til we arrived and find out ourselves. We’re not informed at check in. No free coffee or water like others hotels offer other than what’s in your room. Not only that coffee dispenser don’t fit the coffee makers.

we've opted for included breakfast option which in the end it turned out to be one muffin & a bottle of water, anything else (omelette or ). In the end we've had our breakfast in the city. very disappointed in the first day there was nobody available to serve us the "breakfast" again ... to hand us over a water and a muffin 0/10

Spacious clean rooms, well maintained property. Reception staff was wonderful especially Mr Roumel who went an extra hand to accommodate in upgraded accommodation after our room's water supply was disrupted due to some renovation work downstairs. Housekeeping staff did excellent cleaning everyday. Location is very near to San Francisco airport and has good facilities available nearby. Waterfront view is excellent.

Breakfast is very simple just coffee or juice and a bakery item in a packed box. After 10AM nothing is available to eat in the property. A large scale renovation is in progress with noise and disruption although they have tried to control everything well

The bed and pillows were a little soft for my comfort. The room was newly renovated so the bed head gave off that new wood, carpentry smell.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Friendly and provided information when asked. room was nice and roomy.

The floor was dirty in the hallways leading up to the elevator. The rooms have spots on the floor all throughout the room. and stained, the couch was dingy and worn in with a slope in the middle.

Our room was upgraded to a bigger room , It has it own restaurant , security camaras around the parking lot, friendly staff

Cleaning not very well , missing hand soap , no complementary bottle water , the restaurant no chef available , food not so good and pricy.

The front desk upgraded our room, the reason they did this as they said with our family (traveling with three kids, one is tall teenager), and they provided roll away. Sofa couch only fits one and still had to put 4 year old on sofa cushion once teenager on roll away. King bed was clean and very comfortable. These hotels need to provide enough beds for families! I don't think my teenager should be sharing bed with younger siblings. A queen and two singles would be much better. Restaurant breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

I hate how these hotels that look nice but don't provide reusable mugs, plates and cutlery. It irks me drinking morning coffee out of paper cup that comes wrapped in plastic. We thought coffee pot was missing, turns out (housemaid had to show us🙏)that we didn't put coffee bag in right place. Coffee pretty good. We made a mess with our take out and would have wiped surface down but absolutely no dishcloth or detergent. A couple of bowls, mugs and cutlery would make a huge difference. Had to request hand soap. None in bathroom. Ick. Noisy people partying when we were there, think they were part of the construction workers doing the renovation. We rang the front desk and they sorted it out.

Hotel and staff and location were all great.

Took a while (over 30 mins) for hotel shuttle to arrive at SFO to pick us up. Our family who arrived next day had a short wait so it varies. Breakfast food was fine, but we were disappointed there was no $10 breakfast with the nite's stay as we had thought we read online.if you wanted a muffin or bagel and coffee, that was about $10. For a meal it was over $30 for 2 people.

There was trash EVERYWHERE! it was disgusting going in the door at the back and having to look at garbage all over the grass, parking lot and worse yet was the trash can! Trash, trash, trash. Some of it was there so long animals tore into the garbage bags on the ground and were eating the food and it was strewn around the trash can area too. The room was nothing like the picture. It was old and it smelled. I had to go to the store and get spray disinfectant to spray on the carpet so I didn’t have to smell whatever that musty gross smell was every time I entered the room or was trying to go to sleep. The breakfast for 10 dollars was a sham. You got 10 dollars applied to your bill and the rest was billed to your card. Also we had to pay 30 extra dollars a night just to have a microwave in our room. Make sure you ask for a copy of your bill before you leave. Thankfully I read on the reviews here that some people were over charged and were having a hard time getting their money back so my husband asked for a copy of the bill before we left, and they were going to over charge us 125 dollars!

The facility was nice and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. The location was convenient to the airport and a nice area.

I called ahead to ensure that I could get an early shuttle at 3:45 AM for my 5:55 AM flight. I was told very clearly that it wasn't on the regular schedule, but all I had to do was request it. So I've was told to let the front desk know when checking in. So, based on this information, I booked a room with Sonesta over other hotels that I was looking at. When I arrived, I did just as I was told and requested a 3:45 shuttle. Imagine my surprise when I was told that's impossible. Although very frustrated because of the time and research I put into my decision, I didn't make a huge deal over it. I figured I'd just order Uber. This was not my preference as I was traveling with my elderly mother, her walker and two very large suitcases. But I'd make it work. Imagine my surprise that evening when I attempt to schedule an Uber in advance and see that it will cost $50!!! So now this misinformation was going to cost me $50! I could have stayed at the Doubletree for roughly the same cost and used their 24/7 shuttle for $5! I called the customer service line to complain, and she was reading the shuttle information and said the exact same thing... that the shuttle was scheduled between certain hours, starting at 5, and outside those hours would require an advance request. Clearly, the customer service has been given incorrect resources. And this cost me a lot of money! I am VERY displeased at the financial cost, and the hardship it was for my mother to have to travel this way due to inaccurate information. Lastly, the mattress was incredibly hard. I love a firm, supportive mattress, but this literally felt like comforters
