Breakfast was poor. Cheese on a bagle with sausage.....Yuck! Bread, cereal and fruit. OK at best.

Better clean options for food.

The bed was comfortable and the room was overall clean.

The Wi-Fi comes and goes and breakfast is very limited.

Diane at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She was so nice and very helpful! Location was perfect for us visiting our Seaman.

The hotel is showing its age. The side entrance didn’t lock and it about hit me in the face due to a broken door hinge. The plug in the bathroom was defective. The bench in the room needs to be replaced. It was falling apart. Beds were supposed to be queens, but the looked like fulls.

I will say the hotel was good. It was clean, easy to check-in. The breakfast was enough to fill me up and was good. More than I was expecting at first glance when checking in. The elevator was not easy to find. I missed it the first time we walked by. We had to ask the staff and they helped use out.

I liked breakfast.

Mold on the shower curtain. Someone tried entering my room. I heard someone vomiting outside my room at 3am.

Quality of the stay including room, breakfast, cost and staff were exceptional. Will certainly search for Hampton Inn for future trips. A very pleasant experience.

Tried to engage with the staff after the visit as I was charged 2 amounts, but only received 1 invoice which was calculated incorrectly. Frankly I gave up as they failed the ID Ten T test. Notwithstanding, this caused me no end of trouble trying to claim back the expenditure from my company. The manager of this hotel needs to get a grip of their staff and provide them with some customer service training. Oh, and the breakfast was fit for swill only. Avoid unless you’re desperate.
