Location
There were ants and spiders in our room. My daughter was even bitten by a bug during our stay. When speaking with one of the staff and stating that I had a picture, he said he believed me because they have an issue with bugs. I was told I would receive a credit of some sort but I did not. After being charged the full amount, I called and spoke with management and Lawrence(the mgr) stated he would look into it and call me back. We checked out on October 24th, today is November 4th. I still have not heard back.
