The breakfast was out of this world even had bacon

The hot tub could have had more water but that’s it everything was perfect

the private entrance to our room, plus the room it self looked like a mini apartment.

The room type advertised and paid for was nothing that I received. I spoke with front desk twice, both times I was told "yea we have to update that on our website and we will let the manager speak to you" I have never been allowed to speak to the manager. I do not feel I should have paid the price I paid for a suite that was not a suite. . No Loung access (not even a lounge), No bathrobe, No video Games, Small room ..not a suite, ill fitting sheets that wouldn't stay on bed, scorched iron that stuck to my clothes, tv older than I am- not flat screen- with very poor reception, toilet that ran all night, loud and noisy neighbors. cold room my only temperature options were 68 or 70 degrees couldn't adjust anything and no extra blanket, no curtains to close to cover the large picture window. I asked the front desk the difference between my "executive king suite" and a king room since none of the advertised "extras" were there and she said "well you have the walk in shower stall, that's the difference" I told her that I did not want to pay for what I don't have and obviously I just have a king room, asked for price adjustment. Was told manager would "accommodate" me still no word from the manager. I was also told that since I went through booking that I should contact booking and ask them for a refund. I DO NOT appreciate wasting my Booking Credit on this room that I tried to spoil myself with.

Great location

Our tv remote did not work. Moved to a new room where the tv remote did work. The drawer of the dresser was broken but it was fixed immediately.

Check in was quick and easy.

2 of the vending machines were out of water.

Too expensive

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Amazing pillows. Quiet location near the Anchorage airport with a few walkable restaurants and fast food options nearby. We ate at the nearby Bear Paw Bar & Grill and it was good. We basically needed a bed and shower between a late train from Denali NP and an early morning flight out the next day and this hotel met that need. We weren't there long enough to enjoy any hotel features offered.

Breakfast is not included and the room was expensive ($332.25/night for a standard king room). Breakfast also wasn't available for those on the early shuttles. Anchorage hotel prices are high this year, so we didn't have many options when we were booking a room in town. We needed a 6 am shuttle to the airport but had to take the 5:30 am shuttle because the 6 am is always reserved for specific guests (ie government), etc, which made for an even shorter night for us after a long day of travel already. Perhaps a 6 am shuttle for general customers can be considered?

The staff was exceptional and very professional.

Everything was perfect and could not have been improved. Perhaps security was so good we did not notice them but always felt safe and secure.

Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure great in the shower. Pool was heated, hot tub had strong jets.

Price was high

The location and staff were great. I appreciated being able to check in early.

I was disappointed with the noise factor we experienced. Around 12:45 am we woke up to a bunch of noise and banging around proceeded by the sound of vacuuming in the room directly above us. Was housekeeping really cleaning a room at that hour? I tried calling the front desk but the phones weren’t working, it kept giving me a rapid busy signal.
