Very comfortable little B&B walking distance from downtown Anchorage. Stayed there night before heading on our cruise. Everything was just perfect! Breakfast great! Hostess and Host were so friendly and wonderful! Glad we didn’t stay at one of those big hotels.

Amazing location and host. We were impressed by how clean and comfortable this place is. Also, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. Thumbs up for Monica! Would definitely stay here again when we will travel next time to Anchorage.

Monica was a wonderful hostess. She prepared us a delicious breakfast in the morning. The views from the room and breakfast room were amazing.

Monica was so helpful in keeping up with our changes in scheduling. We had some delays and ended up checking in much later than we expected. She welcomed us and had the room ready and showed us around the house before she went off to bed. The house has an amazing sunset view we enjoyed an Alaskan sunset with wonderful photo opportunities.

This place was awesome The owner greeted me at the door and was so friendly and helpful Showed me around and asked what my plans were and if there was anything she could help with to just ask She likes to find out about her guests and it is so nice to find about her and she really cares to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. The common area has a beautiful view of the water and opens up to a balcony you can sit at Great little breakfast in the morning as well My room was so cute and quaint and the bed was super comfy and great shower. I was only there for 1 night and wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back and will recommend this place to others

This was such a beautiful property on the water with wonderfully furnished luxurious rooms and a FANTASTIC hostess. Breakfast was excellent and the location was super convenient for accessing the coastal trail. We loved chatting with Monica and got loads of helpful hints for our trip. I only wish we could stay longer.
