It’s central but secluded location provided a quite getaway after a 9 hour convention & vending stretch. The room was clean, inviting & having a full size fridge was fabulous so we weren’t playing bottle+ food Tetris.

Great location. We didn't have breakfast. Very roomy and comfortable. We only stayed one night so quite expensive.
The cost. And the bathrooms were slightly grungy.

Most men shave in front of a mirror at the sink, there was no provision for placing any toiletries next to the sink.

Clean, safe, very friendly staff, spacious, excellent breakfast options, exercise room was nice.
Breakfast could go a little later during the week. Coffee room for guests throughout the day would be nice.

once we found it , great space . had a
Robles re a locked door but maintenance guy was outstanding .fixed it when we were out and left chocolate. He is to be commended .thank you .

Always a pleasure to stay here! The staff is amazing! They always have a little something for my kid! The breakfast is nice (nothing special though), the rooms are big and there's a full kitchen too! Perfect for families! The pool is always a nice temperature too!
My only negative comment would be the cleanness of the pool. It is always busy, so probably that's why, but we always find hair in the water!

Loved getting a phone call after we got to our room just to check on us and see if we needed anything. That was very nice. Loved the juice and fruit available in lobby.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and open long hours.Free breakfast, best eggs.Rooms well equipped with everything you would need. Ice maker in room .
No designated game room/ arcade or kids center. Did have a ping pong table.

I thought they have a hot tub, but they do not. I believe there are still photos online of the hot tub, which might be why I was mistaken.

Ms bre was amazing. She empathized my frustrations. She made a note of all my complaints. She was nice and never rude.
No hot water in my room for 7 days
I had to beg for clean towels for my cold shower. I requested a pack n play 2 weeks before my arrival and when I checked in. I didn't receive it until my 6th day there.
The housekeepers were very rude.
I couldn't rest properly knowing that I wasted hundreds of dollars for 7 days here.
