The breakfast was amazing.

My family and I always book at Springhill Suites in Milford Ct, for our kids birthdays so they can swim and enjoy the pool which is their favorite part, I booked It on October for my daughter’s birthday not knowing there is no longer a pool because it’s not stated on the app, this was very disappointing to me and the kids, we also spent money buying swimsuits Floaties and swimming accessories that we did not use.

It was different

The breakfast was good, the staff was very good and very helpful I gave them a very good rating.

The TV service was very bad,, no local TV service 90 percent of the time. The pool closed was also a disappointment.

The front office staff (the female) was extremely friendly and helpful.

There really was not anything we did not like.

The pool was disgusting!! Never cleaned. Slime floating on the water. Pool was to be closed permanently later in the month but if it’s open for use they should have kept it clean or just closed it. We picked the hotel because if the pool so it was very disappointing

The pool was warm, but they're turning it into a conference room. They had free breakfast.

Um, there were tones of people SMOKING in this hotel and up all night loudly partying, and the hotel staff did nothing. I had a hard time checking in when I got there - they had my information but said the "payment information didn't come through from Booking.com." They told me I needed to call Booking.com, and I struggled to find the confirmation number, and Booking.com wouldn't let me call customer service without it! Meanwhile, my three small exhausted kids were all crying in the lobby while they treated me with disdain. Further, I woke up in the night due to loud noise from people partying in a room that reeked of cigarettes. It was so disgusting, I couldn't wait to get out of there. When I called to tell the front desk, they knew the room the smoke was coming from but wanted to wait until 8AM to call to not disturb them. Um, hello? It was okay for them to smoke and party all night and disturb me, but staff wouldn't contact people breaking the law out of *courtesy*?
