it is an older property but they are working on remodeling.

the chair in our room was so old and filthy it should have been thrown in the dumpster. I wouldn’t even sit on it.

Location, Breakfast and Air-conditioner. in addition to that the room was beautiful.

It was under construction horrible stay. After a day out returning there was no electricity. That morning was woken up rudely saying the water was going to be shutting off for an hour or so. Overall rating negative 100

Spacy and clean room with very confortable beds. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location close to the freeway was perfect, yet it was quiet in the hotel.

When we got to the room, we noticed a strong paint smell. That was a uncomfortable.

The fitted sheet kept bunching up and wouldn't stay om the mattress. Kept waking up and having to refit it. Not comfortable. Light by bedside table kept flickering and going out.

Bathroom was nicely updated.

No where to hang clothes. No closet/hangers Bed must have been 15 years old as well as the pillows. Sheets were so thin too! Bath towels were lacking in size and were very rough. The road noise was terrible and the A/C was loud.

Hotel is old fashion and carpet was outdated. Not a lot of lighting outside the hotel.

This was THE ABSOLUTE WORST hotel I've ever stayed at in my whole life. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

After I booked a room, I received a message that check-in was at 3pm. After a 5 1/2 hour drive, we arrived at 5pm. Anastasia, the front desk clerk, curtly informed us that all the rooms were sold out and we had to come back at 7pm. Confused, I asked her what she meant because I had already paid for the room and we drove over 5 hours and upon entering the lobby, there's a sign posted that check-in was at 3pm. She seemed so indifferent and ambivalent. She then clarified and said all the rooms on the first level were sold out so we had to wait for a room on the second level and the carpets weren't done so we'd have to wait 2 hours. My husband asked to use the restroom. He was told there wasn't one and she didn't know where to direct him. It was terrible customer service and lacked any empathy or understanding for weary travelers. Without another option provided, we returned to our vehicle. I immediately called Booking customer service and they called the hotel. Within a few minutes, we were told to return to the lobby and the room was available. I'm not sure why it took me escalating a complaint to Booking for the room to be magically available within minutes and not the 2 hours we were told to wait by Anastasia. This person is a poor choice to represent the front desk. Either she lacks the ability to problem solve or the capacity to care. Upon returning to go upstairs to our room, we found that our room was almost at the end of a chaotic, litter-strewn hallway. There was a pile of soiled linens and towels outside our room door. The room itself was in poor condition and smelled like wet dog. The hallway smelled like paint or glue or some other chemical. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were falling apart. Light by bedside did not work. It was TERRIBLE.
