Very Clean

Central location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Very good and fresh complimentary breakfast.

99% of the staff at this hotel were amazing. On Sunday morning, I went to the front desk to request a late check out. Before I could get the words out of my mouth, the woman stated “no late check outs.” All I needed was an additional hour. Maybe a bad day but the interaction resonated.

Very comfortable, felt just like home. Can't wait to stay again.

Das Hotel sah von Außen sowie von Innen sehr ordentlich aus. Der Frühstücksraum ist mit einer großen Glasfront sehr offen gestaltet gewesen. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert.

Es gab ausschließlich Plastikteller und Becher zum Frühstück.

My kids loved the pool and the staff were friendly.

The housekeepers cleaned the rooms good but never changed our sheets.

The location was perfectly located off Archer Road. The breakfast was good with both pork and turkey options.

Loved that the room had a ceiling fan! The staff was super. They were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was a great proximity to everything I needed.

The hallway going to my room on the 4th floor was HOT and HUMID. The outside part of my door of my room facing the hallway was sweating because I had it cool in my room and the hallway leading to the elevator was so hot. The tiles in the ceiling were beginning to pucker. I hope they get it fixed soon or they're going to have major damage.
