Size of the rooms was good. Enough for a family of five not to feel crowded.
The stuff was friendly.
Breakfast was below basic. Actually we didn’t eat and finally went to have breakfast at one of the local restaurants.

This is a peaceful location. Accessibility to supermarkets, other shopping, and a few miles away, the King of Prussia Mall and shopping in the surrounding area.
The waste bins in the room, particularly the bathrooms needed to be cleaned. After removing one of the bags I noticed the bottom of the bin was very dirty.
Approximately three (3) small roaches were spotted in the room, between the kitchen and dining areas and the other near the entry door. Pest control measures should be taken to avoid a full blown infestation.
The room can be outfitted with a broom and dustpan for families staying for a period possibly longer than 4 days.
Finally, the property requires maintenance in areas of the ceiling (outdoors - dust/spider webs) and some structural and cosmetic upgrades appear to be needed, sooner rather than later.

Nice and spacious 2 bedroom condo with kitchen. Perfect for my family of 4 adults.
Had to get in line and request breakfast food items...not buffet style or grab and go.

I like the fact that my room was upgraded so I basically had a two bedroom suite which made me very happy.
No negatives for me except it’s a little far from downtown Philly

Very clean and comfortable room; great value compared to other places in the area. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful.
Staff at check-in was OK; not particularly welcoming; rather routine in providing information.

The rooms are spacious
I called to report a remote was missing from the room and the staff member at the desk said she would call me back but never addressed my concern for the missing item.

I enjoyed that it was in a quiet area and that the rooms were separate it almost gave a studio apartment vibe. I enjoyed what was within the area and it was quiet.
I didn’t like that the door to the bedroom wouldn’t close since it was broken! The fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night for no reason while my spouse and I were asleep! I’m also very particular (I’m the girlfriend) if I would have seen the room beforehand I would have asked for a different room!

The two-bedroom suite (two bedrooms with doors that close + their own bathrooms) is a great option for families with children, especially if they are traveling for sports. It creates privacy, and in our case, our daughter could get a good night's sleep before her tournament without being constantly disrupted by us shuffling back and forth to the bathroom, there being other lights on, or other things happening in the room. We also saved money by having a fridge and microwave, so we could purchase food and bring it back to the suite instead of having to buy food out all the time.
Initially, we booked a "two bed" single suite, which we didn't realize was one bedroom with a king sized bed and a sleeper couch in the common area that was VERY uncomfortable. That was not clear in the description at all, so my husband and I slept on the pull out couch so our daughter could rest before the tournament. My husband didn't sleep at all. The next time, we upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, and it was wonderful.

It was a convenient location.
The first night the sofa bed didn’t work, the bedroom door wouldn’t close, and there was no shampoo. The lobby was locked in the morning when it was time to go for breakfast

Plenty of space. Bathroom and kitchen were clean
30 year old carpets that hadn't been cleaned in many, many years. Understaffed front desk

The staff was incredible and displayed the highest level of hospitality. I was confused about when breakfast was and went down almost an hour after it was done. I was greeted with a smile and what can I get for you instead of a were closed its over for the day. I really appreciated this act of kindness..
One or 2 things happened when we were In our room involving longer staying tenants out side which unnerved us a bit. We told the front desk manager and she handled it with such professionalism and grace while leaving me feeling confident that they would keep an eye out for problem areas.
I do wish the lighting outside at night was a bit brighter.
