The room was comfortable. We were very happy with the Sure Stay hotel

There was a bit too much plastic at breakfast, but that seems normal in USA.

Everything is nice and clean

Parking Lot there’s not enough for all the cars

The owner was very accommodating sweet kind and understanding.

The lack of parking spaces and the amount of work vehicles allowed to stay there was staggering. Online I booked and I had put in one adult two children one dog and it gave me this location for one adult one crib and charge me a fraction of the price and when I called about the dog she said absolutely no dogs so I had to end up canceling

The staff were understanding of how bad it is.

I booked for my husband. It was so awful he had to leave and find other accommodation. The room was filthy, there was trash and food wrappers in it. A druggie girl tried to come into his room a few times.

Nothing!!!

This place doesn't even qualify as a motel! Shady people checking in & hanging throughout the property & parking lot. Didn't feel safe but since I paid in advance & asked for a room close to the office and they couldn't accommodate. Shared my thoughts with the front desk and returned the keys without checking into the room. Booked a nice & safe hotel right away on the same booking.com site. Reported what happened later to the booking site. They attempted to contact them but no answer. A week later I received an email stating the Hotel's response was that I stayed the night. When I addressed, booking.com about their lie, when they attempted to contact them again. Once again no answer! Booking only refunded a small portion i& doesn't seem to mind doing business with this shady proprietor owned by Holiday Inn which shares its very small and unsafe parking lot!!!
