Located close to the event we attend, seemed safe and quick to get the performance. Convenient access to the freeway and convenient services.
We arrived early as quoted, and we didn’t get a were told that we had to come back because are rooms were not ready as promised they clear needed more staff to keep up with the customers needs. They were completely booked and no room available.

The electricity power was out due to the sand storm upon our arrival and I booked through booking.com and was advised to contact them. I contacted booking.com and they did not do anything to help and was extremely rude. There was no resolution.
