The complex was very nice and comfortable and it was a bonus that it was located next to a very good golf complex.
The staff’s obsession with trying to schedule me for a time share presentation was very very annoying. I made it clear that I was not interested but they couldn’t stop calling me.

The balcony view.
My only problem with staying here is that check out time (10AM) is too early. 11AM would be more Ideal especially since check in is so late in the day. 2 night stays feels like less than a day and a half and breakfast is not so pleasant went you realize how little time you have to eat and get the rest of your stuff in order before 10AM.

We really appreciated Sonja, the lifeguard and staff member. She went above and beyond in honouring our wedding anniversary with a gift basket. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and local areas of interest. Very relational and welcoming.
As well, Denise at the front desk, and relief at the pool, was very friendly, gracious, and attentive to us.
Angel was very kind in helping us with our luggage when we left.
We LOVED the lazy river! We liked the convenience of the store/deli.
It would be nice to have a walking trail around the resort. The pathways were disjointed.
You need wifi! Not having free wifi is ridiculous and outdated.
The welcome desk staff are way too pushy with the timeshare tour offers. They called us every day and wouldn’t take no for an answer!

I like this place cause it is great for family vacation. A lot of activities for kids to keep them busy and great swimming pools. Close by stores to get some food if you don't like to go out or order.
Also I like that this time instead of cards we were able to get wrist bands as it made easy access to accommodations.
Especially we liked this spastic stay as there were not a lot of people.
We came there with friends that have same age kids. We had a lot of fun. On the first day went out to store and got some food. During the day we enjoyed swimming pools and jacuzzi, kids also went out to see movies and play at arcades.
In the evenings we used avalible grills and cooked some chicken, steak, sosages, potato and grilled some vegetables. Then seat till early in the morning enjoying food, listening to birds singing and talking.
Also, we enjoyed breakfast in close by restaurants, especially we liked breakfast at Shields.
We were able to visit Palms springs mall. Unfortunately we were not able to visit all recommended places that were advertised at the front desk. Maybe we will do it next visit.

Spacious rooms and kitchen living area. Very lean patio doors opened to ground floor grass and lovely setting. Ac worked very well. Lazy river is the best.
After all the years we’ve gone there it still has poor or no internet service. No free service either.very low cell service for hotspot or clear calling phone service.

There was no breakfast that I was aware off. The location was nice. The property was beautiful! The lazy river was fun.
It was hard to be without WiFi. Paying $16 a day felt like extortion! My phone didn’t get very good reception so I couldn’t use my data to access the internet. I had to drive off the property to get a signal, that was weird.

You forget you’re in the valley! You don’t have to leave the property. It’s truly a one or two bedroom condo, with kitchenware, coffee pot (Bring your own and cream and sugar if you’re a coffee drinker) cooking and flatware, laundry in your room, dishwasher. Bathroom towels, beach towels, wine opener, blender… Just bring the food and drinks and you’re golden! My absolute favorite is the Lazy River. In the summer it’s awesome since the sun stays out later. I love that the pools are cooled and you’re not swimming in soup. I like pool 1 and again, the Lazy river. Grab a delicious sandwich in the Lazy shack and market. Pool tables, arcade and claw games were fun. To swim in the pool I love pool two, it’s really quiet. It’s where the baby beach walk in pool is, so when the babies are napping it’s awesome to lay at the beach entrance and work on your tan! I love the wristbands, they open every door and your hotel room. Super convenient! I can’t say enough good things about this place. That’s why I keep coming back!
I love this property
