Es fenomenal de los hoteles mas modernos de Vegas y huele Deli desde que entras a recepción, ademas estas a pasos de Crystals Mall para ir de shopping solo compras y vuelves a subir esta genial y a unos 10 min caminando de Bellagio donde también hay mucha tienda para shopping

No solo de este hotel pero no debes olvidar llamar para que hagan la habitación por que de lo contrario no te hacen limpieza, pero bueno puedo decir que solo es de ponerte trucha por que todos los hoteles que me hehospedado en Vegas así es

La ubicación

La atención del personal es pésima! El último día ni siquiera nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación.

Prácticamente nos sacaron una noche antes porque la señorita de la recepción no reviso bien que nuestra reservacion era de 4 noches y ella confirmo las 4 noches y nos sacaron 1 noche antes, después en lugar de arreglar su error nos dijeron que nos teníamos que salir ya y nos dieron 30 min para sacar nuestras cosas personales de la habitación cuando todo fue error de ellos, en la recepción la manager no nos quiso atender solo enviaba a las recepcionista a decirnos que no nos podían dar otra noche más en la habitación y no fue hablar con nosotros se negó siempre fue muy mala atención al cliente y no resuelven el problema, asi nunca me volvería a hospedar en ese hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada .

The room was spacious , clean and comfortable.

bed was comfortable and size of the room was nice. good closet space and motorized drapery nice.

first room was dirty with hand prints on all of the glass. second room refridgerator didn't work. my $14 perrier was hot.

Eines der schönsten und modernsten Hotels am Strip. Top Lage. Große Zimmer. Eingangsbereich und Casino ein Wahnsinn. Poolbereich sehr empfehlenswert. Fitnesstudio sehr modern und toll ausgestattet. Viele möglichkeiten zum Essen.

Vielleicht für Frauen relevant, nur fester Duschkopf in der Dusche. Nasse Haare vorprogramiert ;-) Im Poolbereich wenig Sonnenschirme.

The hotel itself was lovely, the room was really nice & comfortable with a great view of the strip! It was in a good location too!

Upon check in, we couldn’t get the room we had paid for, but we’re told told we could the following day. When we asked the following day, again we were told they may not have the room we paid for. When asked why this is, we were told that ‘the hotel over books, on the expectation people don’t turn up’. This was incredibly disappointing to hear and also not our fault, we had paid more than we usually would as we had flown out to get married, but it felt like we were an inconvenience to the hotel. Eventually the correct room was found, but no apology and we had the hassle of then moving all our stuff to another room. Secondly, now we weren’t expecting the red carpet rolling out but we had made it clear on the booking and on arrival that we were there to get married and to celebrate this special occasion. There was no acknowledgment from the staff, no congratulations or anything. We never expect stuff for free or anything, but for a more ‘upmarket’ hotel, we maybe thought that something may have been done or even a congratulations, but there was nothing. We made the member of staff aware upon checking out and in fairness, they did end up refunding the resort fees which was a nice gesture

Only the location

The mini-bar does not work, and the quality of the bedding is poor compared to a five-star hotel. The value for services is exaggerated, and I was given a connected room, knowing that I am a single traveler and not with a family, and this is a bad thing, as if they do not care about your comfort.
