Nothing, I will remember this as a very bad experience because of bad treatment

Had very bad experience with this hotel. I rarely if ever give a bad review, but how they treated me here is outrageous. Due to exceeding my credit card limit, I had to wait several hours before I could pay for the last few nights. My room was therefore locked and they threatened to evict me from the hotel. After I was able to reach my bank and get the credit card re-authorized, I was able to re-enter my room after a long wait. No empathy or trust in the customer, only the money that matters. The woman in charge of checking payments was the most hypocritical woman I have ever met. She showed no understanding and made me wait for a very long time. Moreover, $750 for a night was downright outrageous for whatever you get here. The room had a very bad smell and was very outdated.

Property was extremely clean, staff very helpful, lots of activities within property to entertain.

Spacious rooms, great location although construction was ongoing, 4 min walking to the strip, free valet parking services , everything was exceptional

Soft pillows and soft mattresses made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep deep

Location, but road work for Formula race added to the normal grid lock on the roads. The Mexican food truck that parks by the hotel every weekday around 12:00pm.

Room cleaning only every other day...and they stop cleaning by 16:00, so if you have the " do not disturb sign hanging on the door until then, they will not clean your room.

Great hotel, nice and clean. Definitely in a good spot in Vegas.

I love the room, the pool, and the location. Excellent customer service; I loved the presentation by David about the vacation deals. Please upgrade the elevators; too outdated for a beautiful building.

I'd change the outdated elevators and clean them a lot better. The windows were not clean. And I'd add one more pool table.

It's a good location right off the strip. Gorgeous view from the rooftop pool and bar area. The 2 room villa was large and was able to sleep multiple people comfortably with 3 separate sleeping areas. Full kitchen was nice.

If you're located on the pool side of the hotel, get ready for very loud, thumping music all day long starting at noon. My son was getting married and it was impossible to get some rest before the wedding that night. They did offer to change rooms for us but strung us along all day as far as when the room would be ready. We were packed up and kept waiting. Finally the room was ready right when we had to leave for the wedding. Sorry, too late. Management really stepped up though and gave us a big $30 credit to be used at their marketplace. Yes that made up for everything. Nice enough hotel, but overall very disappointing for us and also didn't feel they had enough amenities there to qualify for the price they charge. No spa, very limited places to eat, etc.
