Everything, except shower water pressure, was great!

Water pressure from the shower head was absolutely unacceptable!

Clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, and great location to the water park.

I liked everything

The first hotel that had clean mattress cover with the sheets for the pullout. Everywhere else put the mattress cover on and fold up the bed so it would just get dirty

Connecting to the wifi would be a little difficult depending on your device

Easy check-in and great location. Near places to eat that are open late if you arrive late in the evening. Beds were new and comfortable. Flat screen tv was updated and had plenty of channels to choose from.

Bathroom was a bit tiny for a Holiday Inn express and did not have any bath towels when we walked into the room.

Location great. Loved the King bed. Breakfast was good.

The only real issue was the construction. That causes dust and dirt as well as changes in the entrance. Nothing that was major. Just lowers the facilities appeal temporarily.

Most likely the most comfortable Hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. the room was beautiful. the bathrooms were clean. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

that I was not told that the hotel was under such drastic reconstruction. the desk staff when I first arrived was not at desk and she was having a conversation with me from behind a closed door and then came out and talked to me the whole time with a mouth full of food. And when I returned Tuesday night at 8:30 again no one at the desk and it took her a couple minutes to say something from behind a closed door, I was locked out of my room because they changed the whole lock system. she took my name , no hi, no sorry, no bye just handed me the new cards and didn’t say a word. your staff needs some real customer service training!!!!

Room was comfortable and nice..

The hotel was doing significant remodeling which I was unaware of when I booked the hotel. A little inconvenience in parking. Main Lobby was closed being remodeled and had to find a door to enter the hotel. Lots of sheetrock dust in the air and on everything I came in contact with in getting to the temporary front desk. Personnel at front desk was apologetic about the remodeling. The cart that I got to haul our luggage was covered with sheetrock dust and I had to wipe it down before using it. Room was nice. The commode was too short for comfort. No indication where the ice machine was. With all of the sheetrock dust in the air I refused to eat the complimentary breakfast. I was disapointed with the facilities outside of the room itself.
