Very ordinary

Place was clean, Staff was OK, but indicated they did not accept payment from Booking.com. It was indicated to me that I would have to pay the entire amount again and ask Booking.com for a refund of my advance payment even though I had a confirmation number.

Staff indicated that Booking.com was not responsible for advanced payment, only for the reservation and that I had to pay them as well and that no discounts were applicable even though I had a confirmation number. So the price at check-in was much higher than that indicated on the Booking.com website. As such has been the case before with another hotel when we used Booking.com I will no longer be using or recommending this website in the future. Now I will be trying to get my money back from one or the other for the next several months.

one of the staff members wasn’t very nice. the key didn’t work after the first night. she could be more friendly. no coffee at the “breakfast “

Rooms are always really clean and comfortable. People are always super nice.

The room was great for the value

The staff was great except for oone of the managers was extremely pushy when I was going to check out before it was time. I had everything packed already but felt like I was being pushed out.

The outside of the building has great curb appeal.

the grab n go breakfast could have had more choices, but the coffee was awesome.
