Great Breakfast!!! Beds so comfortable, plenty of room.

Our family is so large that a room with 2 king size beds would have been better.

Not much variety for breakfast. Parking lot was being resurfaced. Beds were uncomfortable. Toilet was difficult to flush.

The TV wasn't working so a tech knocked on the door once then opened it before we could answer. Wasn't happy about that.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good too. The location was handy for us and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

This is the nicest and cleanest hotel I have stayed in in a long time. As a woman traveling alone safety is always first issue with me.i felt totally safe went to sleep right away. The room is set up very nicely enjoyed my stay would stay again and will stay at another Hampton inn on my next trip.

When we walked in we were greeted by a new male employee with the biggest and friendliest smile. After a long day of driving his warm and genuine welcome warmed our hearts.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to answer any questions we had about places to eat. The rooms were very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The Continental Breakfast was great.

The entire staff was super friendly, kind and respectful. I truly enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of one staff representative named Traci. She was a joy to interact with and her smile brightened each day she worked the front desk. I hope management recognizes how wonderful she is.

No hot meal options on the days in which ham was served in the breakfast meals. I'm allergic to pork.

When we got to the property and tried to check in the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t find out reservation and was no help to us what so ever. She told us that we needed to call Booking.com and figure it out ourselves. So we did and they were able to find it right away. They said that the hotel should have it and when I went back the same lady said she still couldn’t find it. So we had to turn around and call Hilton and they were able to find it and they gave us a different confirmation number and there was another person that finally showed up and she was able to find it right away. So because of one person we will never stay at that hotel again. The lady’s name at the front desk name is Brandy. She was really rude and disrespectful even after why I told her I was there.

Clean room, great shower head, nice staff, Kim and convenient location.

20% additional charge- unexpected cost

convent location for my purposes, friendly staff, clean room, location of room to elevator and ice machine was a nice perk. Nice amenities (pool, fitness room, laundry room, breakfast). Property felt safe and was conveniently located near a convenience store with gas station.

I had a little difficulty with the fitted bed sheet that wouldn’t quite cover the upper corner of the bed near my head.
