Facilities need TLC

Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bath tub wasn't draining properly, none of the computers or print stations were working. Generally the place just needs a little TLC.

Great hotel, lovely location next to UNH university, we had the perfect stay ☺️

Staff were really friendly, breakfast was delish- especially the biscuits( first time trying them and I had to go back for seconds!), large comfortable room, loved the small and compact gym and the washing facilities

Very good

The free breakfast is good, good variety with a few hot options. The staff is very friendly and check in / out is quick and easy.

Overall the room was very clean, I have stayed here before with no complaints, but this time the room had a countertop that hadnt been cleaned. Also the price this time was a lot more than last time I stayed.

great location and good value. very nice breakfast. the staff was very helpful- printed something for me and allowed a late check out. nice room layout- liked the wall hooks

heater in 1st room making a very loud noise. asked to change rooms which they helped us do. refrigerator in 2 nd room hummed but to acceptable level

good reasonably priced option for staying near UNH

hotel was clean, micro and mini fridge in room, bed comfy, friendly pleasant staff, easy check in and out, breakfast was good for a free hot option, every thing clean and neat

they use multi use soaps and shampoos etc that are screwed into the wall, I think this is much better for the environment, which is good, but it gives me the ick a little

The Breakfast was wonderful Also the staff was very accommodating as my husband is in a wheelchair. I do wish there had been more than the one walk in shower, which as already taken by another guest.

In every way, staying here met our needs!

We loved the room the breakfast was in, it had windows, and was pleasant. We loved the variety of food. It didn't feel like a cheap breakfast.

Very Good

There was nothing exceptional to mention, but also nothing negative. It's pretty much what we have come to expect from the IHG brand. The breakfast was better than most we've experience since covid arrived. My wife especially liked the pancake maker.

Can't think of anything specific.

Decent price, but property didn't meet expectations for the brand name.

Location extremely convenient for parents of UNH. Modern look.

Room had some issue... Ripped shower curtain, no cover on an electrical socket, breakfast wasn't great, limited parking spaces. Areas of the building weren't clean. Gym was weak... Limited machines

There was so much mold all over the bathroom walls and shower and the room was so run down and the room was too.

Very clean and well kept up hotel

There was a man who was working at the breakfast named Jim who was so kind and attentive. We really enjoyed talking with him. Excellent employee and asset to the hotel

Excellent value and amenities for a short stay.

Great location in the heart of UNH. Very accessible and easy to get to. Would recommend a shuttle service for confirmed guests to and and from the train station.
