The staff were exceptionally helpful. Great customer service.

The property is dated and needs some remodeling. We had to move rooms because the first rooms had sheets with stains and the mattress itself had what appeared to be a dried blood stain. The second room was better but there were makeup stains on the inside of the shower curtain.

I called ahead and asked if hot tub was working, when I got there, it was broken all weekend

There was nothing that stood out about the room, service, or accommodations. The room was not made up during my stay. The day I checked out was the only time housekeeping showed up. The door to the bathroom is separating at the bottom, and the mattress was a bit lumpy. I was not told that in order to open the door, you need to lift the handle up. The overall lighting was poor. I found it necessary to turn on the light at the door, on the nightstand, and desk in order to have enough light in the room. Was not comfortable opening the curtains since others are able to see in.

pool was warm but needs improvement

Spa was not not working . mold on a shower head , very old hotel needs improvement
