El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de aeropuerto, hay supermercados en cercanía del hotel. Las instalaciones muy amplias y limpias, las camas super cómodas, gym 24h abierto. El desayuno era abundante y nos han dado el late checkout, recomiendo 100%.

We liked the luggage storage room. It allowed us to spend some time in the town. The bathroom was huge and very clean. The choice of pillow firmness, but I didn't notice until the next morning.

People outside the front door smoking - they just didn't seem to be guests at the hotel.

Our room was dirty. Mattress had mold. The sheets for the pull out sofa had hair all over them.

Shuttle service pick up on arrival in evening had to call 5 times placed on hold disconnected over a hour wait coming in to hotel first night driver drove like a crazy person even ran some lights

The only thing that I would improve is fixing de shower glass door (it was too heavy and wasn’t able to close it) and water wasn’t hot enough.

Breakfast was beyond good and a lot of options! Im traveling across the states and have to say that no breakfast has beat this one yet! Perfect!

We arrived at the property on the evening of 18 Feb and was told we were cancelled as our credit card was obsolete. I had a confirmation from Booking and was never alerted to the fact there was an issue. In fact, I received e-mails the last few days prior to our departure welcoming us to the hotel. Imagine having to find a room for 4 individuals on a Saturday night before a cruise!!! The female who assisted us was zero help but her associate worked to help us get a ride down the street to Motel 6. He was very helpful and we give him high marks. really disappointed in booking.

Breakfast was fine. Location is ideal for us going to the cruise port.

The bathroom was specious and shower head had a full pressure water. Free airport shuttle. Comfortable pillows. Good breakfast

The building is old and walls are too dark and old. Old carpet. Looks chip, even though they obviously updated furniture and amenities.

The hotel was closest to the conference centre where we had a trade show.

The facility is old. The breakfast area was bleak. The pool area on the rooftop smelled like sewage as there is a sewage treatment plan behind the hotel.

It is by the airport, free pickup. Also close by Port Everglades.
