The location was central to many places we wanted to visit. It was a short car ride to the outlets, downtown Washington DC and VA. the area is safe and walkable for local food and harbor activities.
No routine cleaning, we had to take out our own trash, facilities could use updates

The location was good and the staff was friendly.
There was an issue with the toilet but it was resolved in a timely manner. I also didn’t like that they tried to get me to go on a time share presentation. It’s hard for these people to accept “no.”

The staff was very accomodating and the apartment exactly what our high risk family needed.

it’s clean quit, I stay for two night for me and my daughter have time for our self and to rest and charge up.
I try to stay more days but they don’t let me stay more another day bcoz it’s busy and already booked out

The sales pitch when we arrived. We decided we would rather pay for parking than sit through a video. They shouldn’t be doing this sort of thing. It didn’t sit well with us.
