Absolutely nothing!! Desk clerk poor communicator, not pleasant, not helpful! Plus extra charge!!

Breakfast was good each morning. Location was suffcient to connecting highways.

Wanted to pay cash for rooms upon arrival and was told corporate policy did not allow cash payment rooms had to be charged to my credit card used to reserve the rooms, in my travels I've never had any motel chain refuse cash payment! There was also a 50 dollar refundable deposit that wasn't mentioned on the booking site. The pool was clean but pool heaters weren't utilized and the water was so cool our granddaughters and family were unable to use the pool.

Our room faced HWY 360 and was louder than expected. In room safe did not work.
