The worst hotel and worst hotel management I ever ever witnessed in my life. The manager is the most miserable person with no desire to help anyone who books a stay. I booked an entire week here. I flew many many hours and there was some delays. I arrived into Texas and then to the hotel at 7.15pm, management watched me arrive and locked the office door anyway. On the door it says “hours of operation 11-7” but even still I am a paying guest, and they could have helped me in some way. Nope. The number on the door says please call out of hours so I called the number and it was the security for the place. He told me to “f*c* off and that he doesn’t get paid after these hours” so after a ten hour flight I was stranded in Arlington Texas with two suit cases. And no where to go. I booked myself into another hotel and decided to go back the following day to complete my stay. Nope. They got rid of my entire booking because “I was a no show” which is hilarious considering I was at the property at 7.15pm calling them for help. The manager was an extremely aggressive little man who clearly has no desire to work in the hospitality industry. I filmed the entire second day aggressive behaviour so feel free to ask me to show you it :) “it’s not my fault you were delayed” “I don’t care” are some of the responses used towards me when trying to check in. On there website it now says hours of operation 3-6 that is a 3 hour check in window for a hotel that welcomes international guests. It’s pure scam. The entire management is a shambles and I will be taking this further in a hope that this vile man is removed immediately.

Good quiet place,clean and comfortable enough..

Parking..but i drive a larger work truck,but really everything there was nice quiet and clean,with a helpful friendly staff..will return next shutdown

the management showed a presence around the property and enforced smoking away from the guests rooms. no people loitering the place either.

my room was in the front near the road. sounded like a race track on it at times

location was good. laundry room was clean. all equipment worked.

stairwell, no elevators, strong weed smell in stairwells. weed smell everywhere. wifi didn't work. call for assistance several times and it never worked.

Currently no breakfast to my knowledge

The room smell like mold seem to be pricey when house cleaning only comes once a week and you have to wash your own tiles too many properties providing these services for the same rate
