The property was very clean, parking was convenient and the rooms was so lush and comfortable I felt as if I was staying 5 star! It was also an excellent location very close to shopping and the convention we came to attend! This location is a must stay! I will definitely stay there again, I’m so excited to visit Arlington again with my family this summer! So glad to know I have a solid family hotel choice. The front desk clerk that night Brittany, was absolutely amazing she was very sweet and polite and made sure we had every accommodation possible! If you’re not sure where you should stay when visiting Arlington pick this location.

I liked how safe the area was that the hotel is in. I didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot or anywhere on the property. I also liked how quiet the area of town is that the hotel is in. The bed was very comfortable too, helped me relax and get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was very clean and nice too; the shower was fantastic. Very comfortable room.
The price is a little high, but I suppose that's the going rate for feeling safe and staying in a nice, clean hotel. I was very happy I chose to stay here. It's definitely worth it for a nice, clean, safe hotel.

Overall stay was excellent
While making the reservation at booking.com, it stated there was a free breakfast. But, on arrival, the reverse was the case. No free breakfast, one has to pay out of pocket.

The staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable too.
Only down fall was one elevator was down and we'll sometimes you had to wait a few minutes to get on due to it being full but other than that it was great staying there.

No carts to take in our belongings. We finally got a laundry cart to bring in our luggage. Staff was friendly but not especially helpful.

The main thing is this is the only hotel I’ve ever been to that had continuous hot water! Great pool, not too deep so perfect for littles! Pet and family friendly, and in a great location!

The fact that the rooms where as high as they were, we didn't even get clean towels for our stay, they didn't clean the room while there you didn't offer continental breakfast you only had one elevator in the entire hotel only one bathroom for guests while in lobby the pool was deeper that what it stated
