Room was spacious

- Paper-thin walls and no soundproofing!!! I could clearly hear conversations in the neighboring rooms! - The AC runs very loud, I was unable to sleep when it was on - The safe-box did not work - The breakfast was awful

Had to change rooms 3 times staff unfriendly lied to me when I called originally and asked if I could add an extra person in the room I was told by an employee they would just add a cot for an extra 10 a night when I arrived we were told we couldn’t do that

I hotel was clean and the staff, when they spoke, were friendly.

When I got there, it was after 8 pm. I had been messaging the hotel to let them know that I was going to be late, but apparently, my messages weren't received. The staff member who checked me in asked what would have done if I was given room 316 instead of 416. I said that I would have taken room 316. He responded, stating that I was fortunate that the person in 316 had too many things because she could have taken 416 since I was late and I wouldn't have had a whirlpool in 316. I was annoyed that it was a joke to him but even more annoyed that my messages weren't being received. The only other issue I had was the toilet needed to be plunged, so I called down to the front desk and was told to come get a plunger. I think that annoyed me because I didn't feel like I should be the one to unclog a toilet in a bathroom that didn't belong in my house. At the same time, it's not exactly a 5 star condo, so I adjusted my way of thinking. It was just the principle of the matter.

Nice area and friendly staff

Room advertised a couch in room which only had 2 small chairs. No water pressure and water was warm at best.

Room was very nice. Good price/value. Breakfast was below average. Coffee was horrible. They need a different coffee machine for sure, Workout area needed newer machines and carpet replaced.
