Easy to get to where we were going
The people above us were so loud. It was like they were stomping do over an hour and then someone came and banged on our door about 10:00 and scared us, when I answered they said they had the wrong room number

The room was not clean. There was a lot of hair in the shower. There is not an airport shuttle but instead they call you a Lyft and it takes quite a while to show up. The bed wasn't very comfortable. I will go elsewhere next time.

The bed and pillows were awesome. I landed in San Antonio after a long flight from Europe. So my back was a little bit contructured but I rested so good in the Hilton that back pain got away. Breakfast is included and it’s good.

Nice spot close to the airport.
The ground felt shaky at times. It might just be our room, but being from CA I thought it was the beginnings of an earthquake.

I loved all facilities and location
First night was excellent but second night not. We spent the day at Sea World and we're tired but there was too much noise in the room in top of our. we called the operator to let them know but apparently no action was taken even though was already midnight.

the bathroom tub was EXTREMELY slippery causeng me top fall in the shower. Thi must be fixed or people are going to get hurt.

Room was spacious. Nice decor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Snacks in lobby were convenient. Good breakfast
Walls are very thin. Can hear steps above and guests voices pretty clearly. Such a shame for such a nice place. Hot tub and pool are extremely small

we like staying here it’s close to everything we do and very comfortable beds and pillows. and Jeremy at the back always courteous and friendly. great guy.
