It was close to the shopping outlets
The gentleman at the front desk was rude, the beds were uncomfortable and the ice machine was not in a convenient location

We had a fabulous spacious room with a giant spa tub in the bathroom and a gas fireplace. Two of us used it as a “hot tub” - plenty huge! Decent breakfast was provided and location was excellent. Staff was very nice and housekeeping came daily to replace towels etc (which I haven’t seen since before Covid). They arranged a late check in for us no problem.
It was great! The “fitness center” made us laugh - an old exercise bike and treadmill in a room with laundry, pool table and vending machines.

Check in was a breeze. The room was well appointed and we had plenty of space. The private balcony was a nice touch. Plenty of parking too.
The sheets had a funny smell. They were sparkling white and clean just smelled like maybe they were left in the washing machine for too long and were a little mildewy (or maybe the water had a bit of sulphur in it... I am not sure)

Clean & comfortable, nice assortment of breakfast options... great location!
Breakfast ends a little too soon if you want to sleep in...

Spacious room. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean. Have water all the time.Overall, it is a nice stay at that place.
The bed is hard. I can’t sleep. The room needs to have more light. There are enough light at the entrance , restroom but dark from the first bed to the balcony.

Clean. Location good.
Ac was very loud and outdated. Fireplace was dangerous. Stuck on in august, huge safety hazard for children. Fireplace was heavy tampered with and presented safety hazards. Need to keep obnoxiously loud ac on to cool off room being heated up by fireplace and hot tub in room.

Location….
Swiss Chalet has absolutely nothing to do with the famous Swiss confort, quality or hospitality…by far.
It’s just a look alike building. The room didn’t have any light privacy curtains, so you have two options…heavy duty curtains closed and a dark room or open so everyone passing by can see you butt naked in your room. The sliding door didn’t have a screen door also…so enjoying a nice cool evening…it mean of getting the room full of flying bugs….
Approaching the front desk for screen door issue…had absolutely no results..so it’s this way or the highway….
The room was decently clean, however it does require a skilled handyman to fix many details.
The bathroom door didn’t close unless was slammed hard….and as much as I didn’t use the A/C unit, it was a very small one…way undersized for the room volume.
All room furnishings were “Walmart” level quality.
For $200+ a night, I’m sure you can find a better quality staying in the area….

Our room was good, bed uncomfortable, but the hot tub was a great touch. Enough space for 2adults and 2kids. Staff was great, and when the hot tub was smelling weird, they drained it and refilled.
Was surprised at the extra 20per person per day. Didn't think we had to register the kids due to the pull out couch. However, an extra 217.00 was just a hiccup for our great vaca. Kids kept finding dead salamanders on the bottom of the pool lol also wish there was a better breakfast selection.

Good location. Good breakfast.
Better towels.

Location and size of room was good.
Resort was very shady with the extra fees for any groups more than 2. They fixed the Website after my complaint but it didn't make it clear that they charge $20 extra per person per night. My stay which I thought was going to cost $400 ended up costing over $700 due to my 3 kids. For that money we could have stayed at a way better hotel. STAY AWAY from this place unless you love extra fees.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Hot tub was dated, but did the job. Breakfast was yummy. And the buildings and grounds were cute and well kept.

These were cute Swiss-style chalets, the shower had good water pressure. Although the property is a bit outdated, everything was functional. The breakfast was similar to the average chain hotel. Nothing overly fancy, but definitely satisfying. My teenage daughter used the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable.
The room temperature was hard to control. There was a charge to use the pool table.

Location, the grounds were very clean
We had an issue with our room, when I brought it up to the staff at the desk, they seemed like they didn't care and we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. We were not offered any compensation for the issue with our room.

i liked the location and the setup of it, feels a bit more private than a regular hotel. the room would've been nice if they didn't have a massive ant problem
there were like a hundred ants coming up from underneath the carpet (we hadn't even eaten in room yet), took me an hour to kill them all. i asked if a shoe was missing in lost and found and they told me i had to go look for it myself, as if i hadn't already before going out of my way to ask them. the internet and cable went out and never came back on so we had no phone service or tv. they also weren't friendly. someone also peaked in our window (assuming to see if we were done so they could clean) but checkout wasn't for another 2 hours and i had a toddler getting dressed as they peaked in. how weird.

Location and room was decent size , view of mountains.

It was fabulous and had everything we needed including breakfast and a washer and dryer. The price was great, cute place. It wasn't too far from several things we wanted to see in the area.
The only reason we gave it a 9 instead of 10 was we ran into a problem at check in. We didn't get there until 10:30pm, which I had indicated and messaged them about. The open sign for the office was on, but lights off and door locked.. We found a phone by the office with #s to call. It didn't take long to find our room, but there was another car there who had been trying to figure it out and hadn't yet, they had been there much longer. More communication on how they wanted us to do late check in would have been helpful, some kind of note or email or something.
