I cannot honestly rate this property since I was alerted 30 minutes PRIOR to checking in that it would be unavailable due to legal problems between the owner and the HOA in a the complex. Seems like this property should never have been put up for a booking to begin with. The fact that I had been receiving welcome emails the entire morning, only to get a DO NOT ENTER email 30 minutes before entering….was poor.
I would not rent at this property again anyways. The pool is very small and there is almost no view.
