The parking

Great location, good setup for 3 adults and 2 kids

Some of the dishes weren't clean so we needed to wash it before using. On the second night there were no hot water for a couple of hours right around bedtime for the kids and when we all wanted to shower. No one could help us, it was really frustrating and we didn't get any reimbursement. Most of the other rooms were empty, so they could have let us shower elsewhere. We requested early check-in and were told we will be notified if it's possible a few hours before the check-in. Which didn't help, because we needed to know ahead of time. Also, I'm not sure why they couldn't accommodate that since there were only 2 other cars in the parking lot, so plenty of empty rooms. We requested an early check-in and they told us they would let us know couple of hours before the check-in which didn't help because we needed to leave early together early. Not sure whether this wasn't accommodated since they were only two cars and the parking lot the entire stay, so there were probably empty rooms.

The location. It was a 5 minute drive from storyland.

We had a burn and the first aid kit didn’t contain more useful supplies.

Location was great and views of the stars were fabulous.. Kitchen was well equipped (though with some key items missing) and there is a nice dining area. Good gas fire and generous heating made it cheerful and cosy.

Dust mites or something else in the apartment set off allergies for one of our group - an allergic reaction that cleared as soon as he left the house.

Our stay was very comfortable and the view was great. Location was perfect for what we were doing (hiking, shopping ect.) We loved our stay. The place we stayed was neat clean and everything we needed.

I wasn't aware until the morning i started my vacation that it was the basement unit in a condo, thought from the pictures that i rented the top floors

Off the beaten path. Quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely come back again. The only downside is that there wasn’t any sheltered place to sit outside in the rain. Other than that everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was cozy, in a beautiful location, with everything we needed. We can't wait to book this same stay at some point next winter!
