The room was comfortable & quiet. Staff at front desk were friendly and welcoming
The property was obviously going through some repairs but it looked terrible inside. It was also hot and humid in the hallways. The room was also dirtier than I would have expected. For example, the hair dryer was greasy and stained. There were hairs all in the shower. There was lint or other dirt near the AC unit

Breakfast was fine, variety was good.
The bed was not as comfortable as in other rooms we have rented at this property. We reported a slow drain in the commode but didn’t get it checked.

staff and bed was awful. receptionist was nasty and rude. we smelled weed as soon as we got off the elevator. breakfast was not even edible. we were in town for an early morning medical procedure and did not sleep well.
