Shower was a little dirty. Shower door handles were loose.

We really enjoyed the staff there. The daytime front desk manager recognized us all. They knew the grandkids and were helpful. When we returned each day it was like they had missed us! That's saying a lot with kids 7, 13 and 15. The breakfast bar was a genius idea to cope with COVID. The server was so kind to the kids and ready to make whatever they wanted. Really great staff.

I think staffing has impacted amenities. We really wanted to use the pool or gym but these were still closed due to COVID.

Was an OK hotel, but on leaving I asked for a cab to the airport. The receptionist stated this was not company policy. I had a UK cell phone which was not connecting to USA numbers. I asked if she could call me a cab, she refused. I asked if I could use the phone and call my own cab, she refused. I had to contact a colleague to call me a cab to the hotel. My stay cost over $500 for 3 nights, they cant drop 25 cents to call a cab? Very small change mentality.

They would not call me a cab to the airport.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast had good options. The property felt really safe.

Middle of industrial warehouses.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a handy location for getting to the airport.

The Amazon warehouse is located next door and you could hear the trucks coming and going all throughout the night.

Location is fairly convenient for what I had to do although it isn't too close to a freeway ramp. I suspect the purpose of the hotel was to serve the distribution center next door so the location may not make sense for non-business travellers.

Hotel was loud(both street noise and other guests). Room was surprisingly worn down for a relatively new property. Some of the furniture was startlingly distressed and should have been replaced months ago. Curtains did not provide adequate darkness. Bed was rather worn as well but was barely passable. The hotel was nearly empty thanks to the decline of business travel post-Covid, yet the management placed guests adjacent to each other, exacerbating the noise issues. The crying baby next door and the stomping guest above us were both poorly filtered by the hotel's thin walls. The gym needed to be booked in advance in 1 hour increments, and the pool area was completely shut-down yet this was not noted when booking.
