The location

The bathroom was dysfunctional and worn out. The pillows should have been thrown away. The carpet needed cleaning. This room should not have been booked.

the staff and customer service was awful. housekeeping knocked on my door at 930. the system when down hard to check in.

Breakfast set up was awkward.

jets didn’t work in whirlpool

Rooms were not yet ready at 6 PM, pool was over chlorinated, pool facilities in bad shape, pool deck shower was not operational, pull out sofa supplies were missing from both suites, staff did not bring supplies at our request

Beautiful property

I expected a Hilton to have really comfortable beds but this one didn’t. I didn’t sleep well at all. We’ll be going back to the Baymont next year. Their beds are superb. Serta black series is what you need.

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The motion sensors on the hot tub didn’t seem to wear, there were large, sharp pieces of plastic in the pool, and food sitting on the edge of the pool.

The jacuzzi tub was great!

White stains all over carpeting & also cigarette hole in carpeting, blood on comforter. Room definitely needed a deep clean in a bad way. handle on shower door was broke & the bed was so bad that both my husband and I woke up hurting & more tired from it.

There were some noticeable aging effects to the room we were in. Ceiling had cracks and the bathroom needed some cosmetic work. I always have remembered this hotel chain as more fancy and kept up on. This particular one did not seem so. Beds were comfy.

shower door broken, tv Handel selector wouldn’t work, couldn’t adjust the temperature, toilet ran in the night.

It was convenient to everything. Has a nice coffee bar in room.

Room was very dated. Pillows were so flat you didn't even know you had a pillow. Couches in front lobby very nasty and trash overflowing. Shower door was falling off couldn't even close it. Shower head water barely came out took forever to wash with water not coming out. Carpet and floors had hair everywhere. The jacuzzi tub jets didn't stay on had hair in tub. For the money it I'd not worth it. Will not go back our first time and last. Wanted to try a new place but not again.

Had a omelette that any child could have done not professional .a better qualified cook.

First getting the room I reserved

The accessibility to I-24 was very convenient. The hotel was what you’d expect from Hilton. it was very clean and up-to-date. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The A/C didn’t work very well. The room was a bit stuffy.

I did not eat breakfast or any other meals there.

The decor needs to be updated. Leaking ceilings outside public restroom.

It was nice and clean and close to the highway

I wasn’t able to get a conjoining room with my brothers family even tho I booked and requested in advance

There were no towels in the entire hotel that were clean. there were about 15 people stuck in the pool due to them having “no towels clean”. hotel front desk staff and management were rude. Then when leaving with 2 children at 6:30 a.m we went down to the very basic breakfast- oranges apples, strawberries and dry cereal and coffee, we grabbed two apples few strawberries and I had one cup of coffee and the lady told me it $4 for adults and $2 for children. I don’t mind paying for breakfast but at least offer a little more if your charging or let people know so they are prepared. NEVER will I stay here again and unfortunately family and I travel through here often.
