Some of the staff were nice.

The management staff were not responsive to correct an issue when they overcharged me for the room. One of the manager’s tone and the way she talked to me as the customer was rude and inappropriate considering they over charged me. I was told the General Manager would contact me and she never did.

housekeeping was rude and pushy. They ran out of breakfast items during breakfast hours. Maintenance is not kept up. Our shower was broken that could have easily been repaired with some hardware.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Noise from floor above woke us up. The door on the room was way too heavy to be for a handicap room. The noise was too easily heard in the room.

The hotel was centrally located near where I was going to be visiting this weekend, and that made it very easy to get around when it was necessary for us to get an Uber. The beds were very comfortable, and so was the temperature of the room. I would definitely stay here again.

There could’ve been a more thorough job of cleaning in the corners of the bathroom, including in and outside of the shower.

More staff is needed. housekeeping did not clean our room we had no clean towels. was told we had to wait until housekeeping wash. More staff the needed the staff that was there was friendly appeared to be doing many jobs.

The staff, hands down, made the entire stay worth it!! I don't know that I've ever encountered a hotel stay where all shifts were equally as helpful, and just courteous.

Honestly, the things that I may have disliked, were far outweighed by the things that I did like.

Cleanliness Accessibility to town without feeling like you were right in the middle of it. It felt safe. The lady running the breakfast every morning was a gem.

The walls were paper thin and despite only having another room on one side I could hear everything they said and did as well as every noise from the front desk and lobby. To obtain hot water the sink and shower had to run for two minutes simultaneously and this was a trick told by the front desk. The pillows were atrociously uncomfortable. I was on a work trip having flown in meaning I didn’t have room to pack a comfortable pillow and there were no options for comfort there. The WiFi access was not readily available. The breakfast options were mediocre at best and never enough.

Seemed safe, quiet and staff was eager to help.

Toilet ran and the shower curtain too short for the tub. Pillows could have been firmer-

everything was clean, towels were good sized, all linen smelled fresh and clean. The lady that checked us in was great! She talked with my kids and included them in which they loved and also gave them applesauce pouches. I wish I got her name so I could recognize her but I didn’t. she has facial tattoos I know that. She was absolutely great and very informative. Best service I have had at a hotel.
